All sales of coffee are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once coffee has been purchased, it cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Our priority is to make sure you have a great experience. If you aren't happy with your purchase, and you feel you didn't get your money's worth in coffee quality, please e-mail us. We will do our best to work with you to find a resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
