About the coffee:

The coffee was picked, pulped, and fermented for 120 hours. The coffee was then dried for 22 days.

About the farmer:

The farm has been within the family since 1960. Mario heads it and has positioned the focus of the farm to produce high quality coffees. 

Roaster's notes:

This coffee tasted a lot like a striped bourbon I tasted from another farmer earlier in the year. However, I passed then as it was way out of my budget. When I saw that Gomez was offering a striped bourbon, I had a slight hope that his would express a similar profile to what I tasted months back.
