We've saved 6lbs of a few coffees we've served this year, and we'll be re-releasing it as our advent calendar!

It'll be 40g of each coffee! So you'll end up with 400g of coffee total. 

Roasted on 11/30/2024. 

I'd suggest breaking the bags 3-4 weeks post-roast.

• Anaerobic Natural Papayo by Santiago Patiño
• Volcan Azul Warm Anaerobic Natural SL28 by Alejo Castro

Timeline:

• November 30: Production Roasting/QCing
• December 2nd: Open orders for subscription holders (12pm EST).
• December 3rd: Open orders for everyone else (12pm EST).
• December 7-8: Packing (delayed by materials still in transit)
• December 9+: Orders should start shipping out this time.

Additional Notes:

• If you are looking for an advent calendar that has pretty packaging, this will not be it. The packaging will be extremely basic and rugged, the focus will be on the coffee.
• This will only be available for shipping.
• I'd suggest letting this rest for 2-3 weeks.
